So to help get your search jump started, here's my short list of New Eastside condo buildings that truly offer buyers a great value.

Harbor Point

Also known as Harbor Point, 155 N Harbor offers some great deals on condos right now. This established building is full of desirable amenities, with one-bedroom units priced starting under $300,000.

The Buckingham

Found at 360 E Randolph, The Buckingham is another great place to continue your search. With unobstructed views of some of Chicago’s best sites and attractions, the building currently has a one-bedroom floor plan priced under $400,000.

The Parkshore

Located at 195 N Harbor, The Parkshore offers up a swimming pool, exercise room and party room. It also allows for one-bedroom units affordably priced starting under $300,000.

 400 E. Randolph

Outer Drive East is yet another established building in the area, this time at 400 E Randolph. You can find some great deals in this building as well, including a studio floor plan in the tower that’s priced starting under $200,000.
